The beauty of establishing a physically active lifestyle is that it doesn’t matter what you do. As long as you are enjoying yourself, challenging your body safely and keeping with a regular active lifestyle, you are progressing to a healthier self! So dance, swim, jog, take classes or try something totally different! Your body and mind will thank you.
I’ve had a passion for keeping active for as long as I can remember. Activity clears the mind, maintains physical health and introduces you to wonderful like-minded individuals. I thrive off of bringing that gift of feeling healthy and energized to people of all ages, shapes and abilities.
Currently I teach fitness and yoga classes in Stratford and area. My classes are offered in an hour or half hour format. Check out the schedule below for my current classes!

My years as a varsity level athlete and my education in Kinesiology make me a reliable and knowledgeable fitness and wellness coach. – Group Power is a class that is aimed at building strength and functional movement. It is a strength training class that is choreographed to music -but don’t let that deter you! This class improves balance, agility, strength and confidence. Why not give it a go?!
– I teach a quick half hour workout on Mondays and Thursdays at lunchtime. Join in for a quick but effective workout!
