Hello fellow yogis & friends!
Welcome to my 20 Days of Yoga challenge to get us through this “transition month” of November. Now don’t get me wrong; even though it is a transition month there is still lots of beauty in this time of year! However it is also a time of year where things sometimes get dreary, or routines fall stagnant and dull. Let’s change that and freshen up our practice!
This 20 day challenge will include physical postures to try and add in to your daily practice (asanas), breathing techniques meant for purification, relaxation and heat building (pranayama), and meditations for various intentions and purposes.
I will be posting videos, photos and ideas on this page and on my yoga Instagram account (@rennyyogaluva) which you can follow and use for your own yoga practice. Feel free to get involved by sharing photos, videos or comments about your own practice or simply by liking, commenting or sharing my posts. Feel free to use the tag #RennyYogaNovember so that we can see each others yoga posts!
Yoga is for everyone and although photos on media aren’t the same as indulging in a class, social media sure is a great way to spread the yoga love and share in our practices!
