Join me for a fitness and wellness boost into the spring months!
Do you want to step up your fitness game and begin spring looking and feeling strong and healthy? Starting on Monday, March 6th I am running a six week Spring Fitness Challenge which ends on Sunday April 16th!
The six week Spring Fitness Challenge includes the following:
- One 45 minute training session per week with me. Small group training sessions are preferred, as you will meet like-minded individuals and build an accountability network at the same time!
- A six week fitness program outlined with daily workouts sent to you. You can do these workouts at home, at a gym or with a friend -the choice is yours!
- Six weeks of fitness and nutrition challenges with fun opportunities to gain points for the final prize pool!
- Access to a network of people who are also working towards a healthier lifestyle, access to recipes, a personal trainer and even a dietitian.
- A chance to compete for the prize pool by competing in the weekly challenges!
$60 for full challenge
$30 for virtual challenge*
*virtual challengers don’t compete for the prize pool

FYI: The location for the challenge is at your own home, your workplace, your own gym that you might already attend, and your sessions that you have with me will be at my home gym OR weather dependent, outside! You have the freedom to choose when and where!
