Yoga Classes at Bob’s Fitness Studio!
I am excited to announce that I am teaching yoga at Bob’s Fitness Studio in St. Marys!
I am leading an all levels Vinyasa flow yoga class twice a week in the mornings at this fabulous fitness studio. Join in on Tuesday and Friday mornings from 7:30am to 8:30am to start the day off right, or to compliment the barbell class that runs right before mine! Drop ins are welcome, $15.
Yoga Classes at Inspired By Fitness!
Bring your favourite yoga mat or borrow one of ours, and join for a 45 minute flow session that is gentle enough for beginners but provides options for you to take it one step further! We flow, breathe, move and relax. Be sure to get cozy at the end with a blanket!

I continue to love teaching classes both at the Stratford Perth Family YMCA and Inspired By Fitness! The classes range from gentle yoga to more energetic strength training and boot camps!

I am always open to taking bookings for yoga, personal training or group fitness classes, so contact me! Send me an idea and we can make some magic! I work with individuals, families, schools, small businesses and corporate groups; no group is too small or big. Also ask me about one on one or small group swimming lessons/swim stroke technique lessons!
